For all purchases, payment is required upfront before loading and delivery.

Choose wisely – bulk products are non-returnable mainly due to the possibility of contamination.

Special orders are non-refundable or returnable if the product is not stocked on-site.

All deliveries are roadside kerb delivery.
Unless, at the driver’s discretion, the conditions are appropriate (solid, dry ground) and the site is easily accessible (wide and manoeuvrable) and safely accessible (no low branches, dangerous edges, building overhangs).

Any deliveries returned will incur an extra delivery fee if you have ordered the incorrect product – choose wisely.

Our products are naturally sourced or recycled, so variations can occur.

The products showcased may have some variation in either colour, texture or size, and variations may occur between the product displayed and the actual product.

We recommend if there are any queries, please visit our landscape yard to view our products physically.

For large orders we recommend taking your order all at once (for reason of variations) so your desired look is uniform and the product is consistent. Products can vary from time to time from Supplier production and/or quarries.
